Sea Ridge

First designed in 2013 and put on hold, this project was recently rejuvenated and completed this spring. The infinity edge pool and perimeter overflow glass tiled pool are centered in the main entertaining space, emphasizing the awe-inspiring 270-degree view of Palos Verdes and Catalina Island in the distance. The ¾ acre lot was completely re-imagined with graceful stairs down to the lower play lawn, a raised vegetable garden built with repurposed Palos Verdes stone found onsite during construction, gravel paths, fruit trees, a firepit patio with built in sofa, and a multitude of cutting roses. On the upper level, working with the city’s strict grading limit line, all available space was used to create dining and entertainment terraces and seatwalls for the clients to use in hosting large events.
